Tamanend Winery offers three unique tasting rooms. One in downtown Lancaster at 25 W. King St, in the Hagar Building, one at the winery at 759 Flory Mill Rd also in Lancaster, and our newest tasting room in Strasburg next to the Strasburg Creamery.
However, once you leave the winery tasting room, we want to extend it into your home. We believe you can appreciate our wines best with food, so we have created Tamanend's Council of Tasters. We call this our Council of Tasters since the heritage of the name of our winery comes from the Chief of the Delaware Indians, Chief Tamanend. In the culture of the Native American people, a council of participants comes from the local community and gives input into the community through which they participate. We want your input and we want you to enjoy our wines. What better confluence of interests than to reward that participation in our product for your enjoyment!
Register here to receive your trial invitation to The Council of Tasters.
You're welcome to visit the winery any time. For groups, arrange in advance for your visit so we can welcome you properly. We hope our Council of Tasters will be a unique way to experience the wines from Tamanend Winery. Membership in our council entitles each person to a sample of each of our wines released for one year, delivered to your home or office at a preferred reduced cost. In addition, each member of our council will receive a $2.00 discount on each bottle purchased at the tasting room, up to the value of the membership plus an additional 5% discount from our regular 10% off on cases purchased. We will keep you informed of the "happenings at the Council" by email throughout your membership period. You can have all of this for $16 per year.
Then you will be able to join Linda and Richard at the council table and enjoy our wines. Send us your thoughts about our wines, come to the tasting room and see what's new!
